Cancellation Notice Period	Refund Amount
30 days or more before travel	90% refund of total amount
15–29 days before travel	75% refund of total amount
7–14 days before travel	50% refund of total amount
3–6 days before travel	25% refund of total amount
Less than 72 hours before travel	No refund
No show / No contact	No refund

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer/online payment).
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp message.
Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, forest department closures, cyclones, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full credit note or reschedule the tour free of charge. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
