- 14–7 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of tour cost

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Kolkata → Sundarban, Exotic Arrival
Departure from Kolkata at 7:30–8:00 AM. Arrive Gothkhali and board exclusive boat. Cruise to resort. Afternoon cruise to Sajnekhali Watch Tower and Mangrove Interpretation Centre. Sunset photography. Adivasi dance. Dinner and campfire.
Day 2: Dobanki Canopy Walk & Deep Forest
After breakfast, full day safari to Dobanki Watch Tower canopy walk, Panchamukhani, Pirkhali, Gajikhali, Matla Sea Face (Bay of Bengal viewpoint). Return for lunch. Afternoon Jamespur village walk. Baul folk songs. Dinner.
Day 3: Netidhopani & Exotic Forest Trail
Morning bird watching. After breakfast, depart for Netidhopani Watch Tower and Bon Bibi temple (300 years old). Special exotic forest trails. Lunch on board. Evening individual activities.
Day 4: Morning Cruise & Return
Morning golden hour cruise. After breakfast checkout from resort. Proceed to Godkhali and return to Kolkata.
