- 30–15 days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost
- 14–7 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of tour cost

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Kolkata → Sundarban, Check-in & Bird's Island
Tour starts from Kolkata at 8:30 AM. On arrival at Godkhali Jetty transferred to the boat. Proceed to the resort on river Pitchkhali. Hot lunch at resort/boat. After lunch proceed to Bird's Island and Sunset Point. Evening tea, snacks, and Adivasi dance. Dinner at 9:00 PM.
Day 2: Jungle Safari & Return
After breakfast at 8:30 AM, jungle safari towards Sajnekhali Watch Tower and deep jungle through Sarakkhali, Sudhanyakhali, Pirkhali. Spot deer, crocodiles, and the Royal Bengal Tiger. Lunch on boat. Proceed to Godkhali and return to Kolkata.
