- 30–15 days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost
- 14–7 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of tour cost

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Luxury Arrival — Kolkata → Sundarban
Departure from Kolkata by exclusive AC luxury vehicle at 7:30 AM. Arrive Gothkhali and board your exclusive private luxury cruiser. Proceed to the resort. Welcome hamper and check-in to luxury AC suite. After lunch, private boat cruise to Sajnekhali Watch Tower and Bird's Island. Sunset views and champagne by the river. Gourmet dinner and campfire.
Day 2: Premium Safari — All Major Watch Towers
Pre-dawn bird watching at 5:30 AM with expert naturalist guide. After breakfast, full day private safari to Dobanki Canopy Walk, Sudhanyakhali, Panchamukhani, Pirkhali, Gajikhali, Matla Sea Face. Gourmet lunch on board. Afternoon village walk. Baul folk songs and gourmet dinner.
Day 3: Netidhopani Deep Forest Expedition
Early morning golden hour photography cruise. After breakfast, private expedition to Netidhopani Watch Tower and Bon Bibi temple. Special access to deep forest areas with expert guide. Lunch on board. Evening spa and relaxation time. Gourmet dinner.
Day 4: Farewell Morning Cruise & Return
Morning golden hour cruise and breakfast on the river. Checkout from luxury suite. Proceed to Gosaba for Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow visit. Farewell lunch and transfer back to Kolkata by luxury vehicle.
