A minimum advance of 50% of total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
All items listed in the tour package inclusions are covered. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions are considered excluded and will be charged separately.
Sundarban Wildlife Tourism reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of forest department closures, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternate equivalent activities will be provided.
Guests must follow all forest department rules and instructions from guides. Wildlife must not be disturbed. Littering inside the forest is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcohol during wildlife zones is not permitted.
Sundarban Wildlife Tourism acts as an organizer and coordinator. While we take every precaution for guest safety, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or illness during the tour.
Entry into the Sundarban Tiger Reserve is subject to forest department regulations and permit availability. During peak season, permits may be limited. We recommend early booking.
Personal photography is allowed. Commercial photography or drone usage requires prior permission from the forest department. We can assist in obtaining such permissions.
Any grievances during the tour should be immediately reported to our tour manager. Post-tour complaints can be emailed to sundarbanwildlifetours@gmail.com within 7 days of tour completion.
