- 14–7 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% of tour cost

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Kolkata → Sundarban, Wildlife Orientation
Departure from Kolkata at 8:30–9:00 AM. Arrive Gothkhali and board the boat. Proceed to resort. Expert wildlife guide provides orientation on what to look for and where. Afternoon cruise to Sajnekhali Watch Tower and Mangrove Interpretation Centre. Bird watching at sunset. Adivasi dance. Dinner.
Day 2: Full Day Wildlife Safari
Pre-dawn departure for best wildlife sighting chances. Full day safari covering Dobanki Canopy Walk, Sudhanyakhali, Panchamukhani, Pirkhali, Gajikhali. Extensive tiger tracking, crocodile spotting, bird photography. Lunch on boat. Evening village walk. Dinner.
Day 3: Morning Wildlife Cruise & Return
Early morning wildlife cruise. After breakfast checkout from resort. Proceed to Godkhali and return to Kolkata.
