Sundarban Day Tour from Kolkata
Sundarban Wildlife Tourism welcomes you to the Sundarban Tiger Reserve — the biggest mangrove forest and a World Heritage Site declared by UNESCO in 1985. This one-day tour is perfect for those who want a quick yet immersive taste of the wild Sundarbans.
The journey starts at 7:00–8:00 AM from Kolkata. On arrival at Godkhali Jetty, you board your private boat and proceed through the rivers. After lunch, visit Sajnekhali Watch Tower and encounter the world's largest single block of mangrove forest. You may see crocodiles, wild boars, spotted deer, water monitor lizards, kingfishers and if you're lucky — the Royal Bengal Tiger. Visit Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower in the afternoon before returning to Kolkata by 9:00 PM.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Kolkata → Sundarban → Return
7:00 AM pick-up from Esplanade (near K.C.Das Confectionery); 2nd pick-up from Science City (Gate No.1) at 8:00 AM by AC vehicle. Packed breakfast served on the way. Arrive Godkhali at 10:30 AM. Transfer to boat and proceed to Sajnekhali Watch Tower. Visit Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower. Spot crocodiles, wild boars, spotted deer, water monitor lizards, kingfishers, and possibly the Royal Bengal Tiger. 5:00 PM – Evening snacks and tea; return to Gothkhali and transfer to car for Kolkata. Arrive Kolkata by 9:00–9:30 PM.
